Los Angeles Lakers legend and Hall of Fame center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, 62, revealed during an interview Monday that he was diagnosed with Leukemia back in December. His version of leukemia comes in the rare form of Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia. Luckily, he says his prognosis is look “very good” via oral medication and blood analysis.
